It is intended as a launch pad for long term sustainability Resistance band workouts with exercise video demonstration Nutrition guidance and meal plan suggestions Goal
The ADOChallenge is unlike any other challenge in the fitness industry. You get not only the support of one person but the support of all 7 coaches as a team. We believe as a team unit we are able to more effectively and efficiently help more people. Our goal is to leave no question left unanswered so everyone has the support and guidance they need to reach their personal health and fitness goals.
