    I’ve participated in many other challenges but this has been the best so far. I felt challenged in the workouts using bands and sliders at home. I never worked out at home I never felt the burn like I did in the gym before. The diet portion has been easy to follow, understand, and stick to. I didn’t feel deprived like I normally do on diets that then leas me to breaking them and going up all together. The support system in this group is great. I’ve learned a lot about things I didn’t know and more in depth stuff about things I already knew. I would recommend to anyone. You won’t regret it.

    By far the most underrated and effective form of workout there is! I never would have thought resistance bands would give me the type of workout I strive for- the one where I’m challenged, sweat and see and feel myself getting stronger, but these are doing just that for me! I also like counting macros vs following a specific meal plan. This way you can eat foods you enjoy while still making progress.     This program is such a great way to gain strength and learn about nutrition, in a very positive environment. I really love the convenience of resistant band workouts and how easy they are to set up and travel with! I feel like with weights I can get sloppy or not push myself as much, but with resistance bands I can slow down, isolate my muscles, and really feel myself working exactly what I want to.     I have done 3 challenges with ADO now and I wouldn’t keep coming back unless they were awesome. Each one is challenging for an advanced exerciser but also simple enough for a beginner as well. The programs are built on progression so as the challenge goes on you build strength, confidence and stamina. Best of all it comes with an amazing Facebook support group of other like minded individuals and access to all of the ADO coaches!! The programs also come with videos, there are live q&a sessions weekly and daily emails with tips and your workout for the day.     I have been following ADO fitness for several years and worked with coach Tara a few years ago. I learned how to count macros then and still to this day use the guidance I learned from her. I have worked out most of my adult life. Last summer I turned 40 and seemed to lose some motivation. It was really difficult for me to get to the gym more than 2-3 days a week.     I’ve been thinking about joining ever since ADO started these challenges, but never wanted to pay the money/thought I wasn’t capable of completing it. I signed up for the 2020 challenge as a 30th birthday gift to myself. I knew going into it I would have to utilize my time wisely and stay committed!     I’ve never been a workout at home type person, until now. I always needed the atmosphere and the “equipment” from the gym. Once I got these bands and started using them, they’ve changed my whole mindset for workouts. I can get my workout in, at home, when I need to. No more getting up at 4:30 to hit the gym by 5, I can now get those extra 60 mins of sleep and still get my workout in at home without the extra gas mileage and travel time. The workouts are varying so they don’t feel super repetitive, and you don’t need a ton of space to do it, just a doorway with about 5-6 ft of clearance in front of it. I’m really glad I signed up for this challenge, I’ll definitely continue the workouts even after the challenge is done.

    I can’t put into words how much I feel I gained from this challenge. My physical transformation blew my mind but my transformation was so much bigger than physical. It’s been longer than I would like to admit since I’ve felt this healthy & genuinely happy. There’s something special about this challenge. I’ve probably tried every challenge out there but this has been the only one that really helped to keep me motivated. The group was full of awesome coaches and participants, we not only motivated each other but held each other accountable. I made some great accountability partners during this challenge and we’re already planning on how we’re gonna keep our momentum going and be accountability partners in the next challenge. I used to go to the gym all the time and I’ve never had a workout that compares to these bands when combined with the routine you follow.     I’ve seen these challenges be posted in the past and I just wasn’t sure if it would be enough of a workout for me/motivation/accountability… I thought it was one of those you sign up for and your basically on your own without little guidance or help.     Where do I start? I have been following ADO fitness for several years now, wanting to make a change. After having my first baby in 2017, and my husband deploying shortly after, I knew I had to wait until he came home in order to start. Being alone, with a new baby, was already so much and I didn’t want to spread myself too thin. He returned home in 2018 and I was planning to start the fall challenge. However, much to our surprise, we got pregnant weeks after his return home. I went from having one baby to two in a matter of months. Two under two has been such a whirlwind of emotions! It also put my body thru the ringer. I nursed my first baby until our second was born in February of 2019 and then started nursing our daughter. After getting into the swing of things, I was ready. Mentally, physically, and emotionally ready to change. Get healthy and fit for not only myself, but my two babies. Right around that time, the New Years challenge sign ups were starting, and I wasn’t missing out this time. I am seriously so thankful that I did! After completing week two, I was down 5 lbs! Not only that, but the amount of energy I had was incredible! The meal plans, workouts, private Facebook group and the coaches have been amazing! The support that you have with not only the ADO members, but also the other participants is just amazing. You know and realize that you are not alone in this journey and that you have people who are going through it as well. You learn about food, macro counting, and challenging/pushing yourself to not give up. Do not rely on that scale ladies! That is the #1 rule. Take your measurements. In the first 2 weeks my weight fluctuated up and down 7lbs! It went down almost 7lbs the first week and then went back up and leveled out to 5 by end of week 2. I lost a total of 9″ in 2 weeks. Those measurements are exactly what I needed to see to know that all this hard work is finally paying off. I underestimated the power of resistant bands.

    I’m on week 3 of this new year challenge and it has completely changed my life. I live my life in chronic pain, and I’m in a wheelchair 98 percent of the time. Lifting weights causes me more pain, and so does yoga, and even swimming. With this program, the resistance are so much easier on my joints, so it actually gets me active. My pain has gotten better since doing this challenge, when nothing else has ever ever, given me a break from this pain. I’m in shock most days. I’m on 24/7 pain meds and still in pain most says but since starting this challenge i haven’t need to take them around the clock anymore and have been able to cut down so much. But don’t underestimate this challenge it is HARD. The work outs will challenge you, and make you sweat and sore. But i love how the coaches are also as involved as they say they are, and the group is all so supportive. Best challenge I’ve ever done. I would recommend to anyone i know.

I have been a personal trainer for about ten years now so I do have experience in the gym, and I was not expecting these workouts to work as well as they do! Resistance bands are no joke, they force a different stimulus / tempo / tension on your muscles that weights alone just won’t do.     HOLY SMOKES, I cannot say enough good things about this challenge. First of all, the amount of support and information you get from all the ADO coaches is unbelievable. They are all posting tips and tricks in the group page and diligently answering any questions that any members may have.     The program itself is such a healthy approach. The main focus is health and feeling good about yourself. It’s not a fad diet, it’s tons of information to help you figure out how to fit being healthy into whatever lifestyle you have. The at home workouts make it waaaay easier to fit in a workout than having to go to a gym and they are HARD! I have been active all my life and am still so challenged by these workouts and feel amazing after completing them. I am at the lowest weight I have been in years, BUT, I don’t even care about that! Because the coaches stress so much how the scale isn’t everything and have worked in many ways to track your progress that isn’t related to the scale. And they want you to celebrate those Non-Scale-Victories along the way!

    I feel so strong and like I’m leaning out a lot, all while eating tons of food and having a flexible plan to fit in foods I want to eat! It’s so nice to have something where I can go out for a meal or eat something a little more indulgent without feeling like I’ve messed up or blown my program. I have more energy than I’ve had in years and I just can’t thank the ADO team enough!

In only a few weeks of trusting the ADO process and following through with the workouts, I have visible results (hello abs!) and inches melting off my body. My husband even commented yesterday on how great I’m looking! He’s someone who always loves me in whatever shape I’m in and doesn’t usually notice changes. This time he did and is impressed with the program!

    I originally came to the challenge for the positive group support and daily structure to get me out of a rut and back to consistently moving. I’ve found the private challenge group to be inspiring with people sharing their workout & nutrition highs and lows – and all rooting each other on! The sense of community momentum has really helped me pull through on days that are busy and it would be easy to let workouts slide. I want to remain a part of the team!

    And honestly, as someone who has spent hundreds of hours in the gym lifting on and off for a few decades, I love the resistance bands! I can be home, in my bedroom, working out to my favorite music – while barefoot if I please! I like the freedom to do my thing while also getting an amazing workout in.

    No crowded machines to wait on, no drive to the gym, and I get complete privacy at home. I’m hooked!

    p.s. This is my first time doing the challenge myself, but last year I purchased the program for my Mother-in-Law who was desperate to trim down her waistline. She said ever since menopause her waistline had continually expanded despite having tried “everything”!

    Well, at age 76, she figured out her macros from watching the group videos, used MyFitnessPal to track her meals, did her workouts, and lost 10 pounds and a ton of inches! All the ladies in her mall working group couldn’t stop commenting on how “fit and trim” she had become. The program worked even for her in her beautiful golden years! How awesome is that?!

    This is my first challenge even though I have been following Amber for years. This has truly been a game changer for me. I have been active for most of my life but in the last 3 years I let my crazy work schedule and typical life stressors get the best of me.     Ok, so the only reason I have given this 4 stars is 100% not because it’s not a 5 star challenge with 5 star coaches, workout, encouragement, and support but because of myself. I am so honored to be apart of this challenge with the coaches and encouragement of everyone in the group. If you are someone who wants encouragement and a community of like minded people who want to focus on change to a healthy life style. These past almost 4 weeks has been much more than I expected. More challenges in eating heathy and tracking myself holding myself accountable. I am a healthy person who likes to live with “balance” 90%,10%. But this challenge has allowed me to add that tiny craving in my life without sacrificing anything by just counting macros. Believe me it’s not been easy it’s been beyond frustrating but I’m trying and learning from the help of my coaches. But I am so happy to be apart of this.
    Besides all that, I am a very active person who naturally went to the gym 5 days a week for my own sanity I have been adjusted to HIIT with weights and has never used bands before. I will be honest I looked at the workouts thinking it would be easy…. I was soooo WRONG. This is such a burn I am addicted and I will
    Be using these bands in ALL of my workouts from now till after the challenge. I always feel like I lift heavy and get very wide and large for my liking. I have lost over 100 lbs prior to doing this and have done/tried every diet and workout plan. What works best is exactly everything the ADO Team teaches!!!     This challenge has been the best experience so far!! I was craving structure and hard workouts postpartum and this program was exactly what I needed! I am able to get an amazing/challenging workout at home while my baby naps! I was missing the gym after I had my son but couldn’t find the right time to ever go but since using the bands, and being able to mimic so many of the machines, I don’t plan on stopping these home workouts anytime soon!     This challenge has been a game changer for me. What I have noticed the most improvement on is my attitude. I am so much more motivated because I can get these done at home with the bands and a door. I have two kids and workout with them around, and my daughter is so intrigued– she always does part of the workout s with me! Anyone can do these workouts, but they are still tough! I have been a lifter for 8 years (albeit, inconsistent) and they still are challenging for me!!
    Oh and I have lost about a pound two weeks in, but my physique looks pretty different; two weeks ago I had no visible abs- today I definitely do! I’m astonoshed by that. I’ve been loosely tracking my macros and I Am eating PLENTY. Not starving at all. I LOVE the Facebook group too, everyone is so encouraging and shares tips and recipes and stories… I love it. Fast-forward to now doing the challenge and I can’t say enough good things about it…particularly the resistance & booty bands. Personally, the workouts & bands have allowed me to get back to training/working out without the anxiety that comes from having to work out alone at the gym. I love the gym and would love to get to the point where I’m comfortable working out alone, but for now, this challenge’s workouts have given me a starting point…and a CHALLENGE! Having trained, I don’t think I’m in terrible shape, but even with that being said, I’m getting SORE from the challenge workouts! So many people have said not to underestimate these bands, and I wholeheartedly agree!

    The nutrition is also straightforward. I LOVE that this is a challenge that doesn’t restrict you to the point where you’re starving, and if you feel you are then it also gives you the tools to adjust your macros to suit your body’s needs. This is not a “cookie-cutter” type of “diet plan”. This building-block to nutrition is such a great starting point to eventually start eating intuitively, and I find that, mentally, it’s such a positive way to view nutrition & have a relationship with food that’s truly sustainable for a lifestyle; I really mean that because I had been overweight for most of my life & didn’t have a good relationship with food/dieting. I’ve counted macros, I’ve carb-cycled, I’ve cut calories to well-below what’s healthy/sustainable, I’ve done fad diets, I’ve yo-yo’d; I’ve “done it all” essentially. The nutrition outlined in this challenge really is a great starting point to improving the way you look at nutrition, and I really do feel like I’ve started to learn to eat more intuitively because of it!

    In addition to all the positive aspects of this challenge, I FEEL good; I feel strong and I feel like my body is being fueled properly. I’ve also seen some physical changes, so I know that all the positive changes I’m feeling are also showing outwardly.

    The other good thing about the challenge is that it doesn’t have to end when the challenge does! (Though I’d still love to join the up-coming challenges because they’re just so wonderful!)

    This has been my first challenge with ADO & I during my experience I have been left wondering why I didn’t participate in a challenge with this team much sooner. The simple answer…I had no idea what I was missing.

    The whole challenge has been designed with so much care & thought. Along with six weeks of workouts (that differ weekly), I received TONS of information packets designed by the ADO Team. I received a packet regarding setting & achieving goals to accompany my workouts, a nutrition packet (breaking down how to determine & customize macros, how to track macros, a detailed walk through of how to track macros on the My Fitness Pal app, a sample nutrition plan, an approved condiment list, a food idea/option list). I also received a packet with exercise modifications to supplement each week of workouts. I DID NOT pay anything extra for this wealth of information! This is all gifted information for joining the challenge & all from the ADO Team’s years of experience as coaches & athletes.

    The workouts with the ADO bands can be done literally anywhere & that might be my favorite part. I’ve traveled with these bands. I’ve opted for outside workouts with these bands. I go to the gym with these bands or stay home with these bands. No matter what I’m left in sweat and sore muscles the next day!

    I’m eating all foods I love & I’m never overly hungry. I’ m eating tons of food and not bored with my meals. Tracking my macros has allowed me to be flexible with my diet, do away with binging urges, and STILL I’M LOSING WEIGHT.

    Sounds good, right? It gets better. The ADO team gives you allllll this and then STAYS involved every day of the challenge in a private Facebook group. At least once a day, several coaches post SOMETHING – wether it be sharing their daily obstacles/their personal health triumphs, tips on living this lifestyle, tips on tracking, food and meal ideas, answering participants questions, etc. Between the whole team, someone is available at any time for anything. In addition, there are weekly scheduled LIVE question and answer videos posted by an ADO coach. The first half of the session includes a mini-information session on topics such as calculating macros, reverse dieting, breaking down the workouts, etc. The 2nd half of the session is opened for any questions anyone in the group may have and everyone gets answered.

    This Facebook group is one of my favorite aspects of the ADO challenge. The community of participants and coaches all sharing experiences and growth together has been so motivating and so helpful. I actually almost exclusively use my Facebook just to log onto this private group each day. It feels like a community.

    Lastly, I should mention, to top it all off, during this challenge all participants have been given discount codes for various brands and meal prep companies. There have been giveaways each week with ADO products. Who doesn’t love prizes and discounts? It’s definitely an added bonus.

    I will absolutely be doing another challenge with ADO and I can’t thank ADO enough for being such a light in an industry that is often so abused – often for monetary gain. I’d recommend this team of women to anyone. I full heartedly believe in their mission, devotion, and expertise.

    I have done two Challenges with ADO, first the Fall Challenge and, currently, the Spring Challenge. I can honestly say, it keeps getting better each Challenge! The easy access to support and community through the Facebook group and Instagram keep motivation high when it is lagging. The exercises are easy to do in your home, the bands are a breeze to set up and each challenge the exercises are tweaked enough to challenge you (word choice is fitting, I cannot think of a more appropriate word than challenge!). I love how I feel stronger in my body already, just two weeks in. My confidence has been the most improved, and I do feel that is in a big part to the community support and feeling connected as we all cheer each other on in this endeavor. I will continue to do challenges because they work for me, and in truth, this is more convenient and cheaper, with more support than I have ever gotten from a gym membership. The value exceeds the cost.

    If you’re on the fence, just do it. You will not regret investing in yourself through this program.

When enrollment for the Spring Challenge came around, I finally signed up and I AM SO GLAD I DID! I was nervous I wouldn’t get enough of a workout with resistance bands, but was I ever wrong! These workouts are challenging and definitely get my heart rate up, and I am a regular lifter. The bands are so convenient too; I can literally do these workouts anywhere! In just three weeks, I am already noticing physical AND mental changes. I feel better, have more energy, and have an overall better understanding of proper nutrition though macro counting. This challenge is SO MUCH MORE than just a workout challenge! You have access to a wealth of knowledge thorough all the ADO coaches and participants on the Facebook group. The group provides an extra boost of accountability and motivation to put in the hard work! Everyone is so positive and encouraging, and all of the coaches are quick to respond anytime questions arise. This challenge equips you with all the information necessary to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle that is SUSTAINABLE! The amount of information you receive truly is incredible. It know it will help me not just for the duration of this challenge, but for the rest of my life.     I have never been a part of something so fun and motivating. Having access to the coaches is also a game changer! Sometimes hearing things a different way helps them to stick.

    The bands may not seem like they are going to be enough but as someone who is usually just weights in the gym, I am sore all the time!

    I have noticed huge improvement in my measurements as well as the scale.

In the year I have been working out every morning 5 days a week EVERY MORNING, I have been dieting, I have done Low carb/High carb diets, I even tried Keto. I have seen MUSCLE in my arms and legs for the first time in 7 years in just 2 weeks of 5 workouts a week. The macro plan they provide really helps my brain understand food and nutrition labels now. The facebook group that comes along with it is icing on the cake, so much positive comments and motivation comes from there. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who is motivated and willing to work hard to shed their weight. The workouts are great but not easy and you must continue to push yourself to get stronger and more lean. The meal prep takes time and patience but begins to come easy when you stay disciplined.

    I was very hesitant to sign up for the ado challenge because I had been out of the gym/not working out for about 6 months, and (the biggest reason) i had never tracked macros and had no idea how to track them. Just the idea of the macros was really overwhelming to me but the info packet broke it down and made it much less overwhelming, after reading that and watching the videos from Amber and the live videos I was ready to take on macro counting! After starting I had questions on how I had calculated my macros, but the fb group was so supportive and many people jumped right in to help. 💕

    I would 10/10 recommend this challenge. The workouts are simple to understand, and don’t take hours but are still challenging. Any questions you have are not a big deal because you have an amazing support group that answers your questions and keeps you hyped and positive. I am seeing results after 2 weeks and couldn’t be happier.

    I used to go the the gym prior to pregnancy, but knew once I had my baby that I wouldn’t want to be away from him. Being able to workout from home is a game changer for me. I wasn’t able to workout during my pregnancy, so starting this program was rough, but everyone has to start somewhere 🙂 I started at 6w postpartum, which I see now was crazy haha.. but have been working my way through it and haven’t given up! There are plenty of modifications in the exercises for my postpartum body. It has been so challenging, but well worth it! With the support of the coaches and Facebook group, each day I learn more and more to grow and better myself.
    I didn’t realize how complex this challenge was until I was in it. I’ve never tracked any of my nutrition, ever, so it was an eye opener to how much “crap” I was actually eating. Tracking is definitely a pain in the tush, but it has really helped me. I do wish that there were recipes given for the challenge vs just a list of approved foods. Overall my nutrition has improved greatly, although I still eat items that aren’t on the list. I am a breastfeeding momma, so my milk is my priority and it hasn’t been affected thus far 🙂
    These workouts are killer, even tho they don’t look too awful.. I am always pouring sweat and out of breath 🙂 I’ve never felt so disgusting after a workout haha! Who knew resistance bands could be so challenging?! I truly underestimated them in the beginning, but had a lot of faith as I have followed Amber on Instagram for quite some time. She is so inspiring, even to this day. Most importantly I believe that I will be able to sustain this even after the challenge is over and I am off maternity leave 🙂 which was my main goal, and I am truly grateful to have found this. I feel stronger after each workout and really good, once it is completed haha! My body changes have been subtle this far, but we are only two weeks in and I feel great! As I said previously, I haven’t been super strict, as my personal choice, to not compromise my milk supply. The postpartum journey is rough enough by itself, which is also why I love this program! It is more than just a challenge, it’s a support system with many added benefits 🙂 Still hate working out, but feel wonderful after! I don’t know that I will ever be one of those people that love working out, but this makes a good run at it. I am so excited to see what the end of this 6 weeks will bring 🙂 can’t wait!

    I’m 3 1/2 weeks into the challenge and already see noticeable changes in my body composition. I have tried other private Facebook ‘coaching/accountability’ groups through other online coaches in the past and they never did much for me, but access to the private ADO Challenge Facebook page alone is worth the cost – all of the coaches are very involved and responsive, and the group is so supportive. Getting to choose your own workout schedule (Any 5 days on, any 2 rest days), the workouts being only between 30-45 mins long and the fact that they can be done almost anywhere with the bands/loop, it’s really hard to make excuses to skip a workout. The macro/nutrition guidance is awesome, and although I will likely not continue to specifically count macros after the challenge, the coaches are setting me up to continue to pay attention to what I’m eating and make better choices long after the challenge is over.

    Do not underestimate these bands! I’ve had these bands for about a year now, but this is my first challenge with ADO. Each week thus far has been nothing short of challenging and has provided the best results I’ve ever seen. I’m 15 months postpartum- I’ve done everything from HIIT to weight lifting in the gym for hours, but these bands and this challenge has been the best thing I’ve ever experienced in helping me get back on track with my overall health and fitness! I love how I can do every workout in the comfort of my own home (and bedroom) without having to carefully plan time to make it to the gym. All workouts have been around 45-60 minutes total, which makes it so easy and convenient to fit in with my crazy days. For a small price, I have bands that I can use even after this challenge.     The ADO Challenges and resistance bands are a GAME CHANGER! I started with the 8-week resistance band package and did the workouts on my own.     Hi, this is my 1st time trying ADO Challenge and I can say this challenge has tested my endurance, strength, ability and dedication to stay on track. For the first week it was hard, but I was excited to jump on and get going on the daily workouts. I love this ADO Challenge. I really do enjoy it. Very motivating and the ADO ladies are very well motivating and helping us ADO challengers stay on track. I love the support on Facebook and Instagram. I enjoy the meal plan and learning to count my macronutrients (macros). I currently deal with plantar fasciitis in both of my feet.. it’s not minor pain or something I can brush to the side. I have one of the major pain strengths bugging me everyday. I also have degenerated SiJoint disc. And 2 more body health issues; sclerosis in one knee – patella isn’t the greatest, (you’re probably already thinking- this girl is crazy taking on the challenge or poor girl) PCOS. Combination of health issues makes me slower than the other ladies but that’s okay. I still do what I can and complete my Friday Fitness tests. It’s fun. I love it. Minus the pain. It helps me endure and overcome my mentality that I can’t do it.. I saw progress with weight loss in the first week. And muscle toning in the second week. The ADO bands are NO JOKE 😆 the ADO gym equipment can kick your muscles and mentality into gear!!! So….

I love that you can stack the bands to create more resistance, sometimes I had weights in with the bands as I’m getting stronger again. The fact that you can stack the bands if you need more of a resistance (which you won’t because some of these workouts look like a piece of cake until you do them lol) so you don’t need to keep buying more bands as your strength increases like you would have to with dumbbells. I have been lifting weights for around 5 years but for some reason, this last year, I have just been going periodically.     I don’t think words can do this challenge justice! It has completely blown me away! From the workouts to the nutrition plans all with step by step directions and videos! To even the FB live videos and FB group where you can ask questions and continue to get motivation from others!

    I have worked out for the last 10 years and have been a victim to yo-yo dieting. But this challenge has taught me how to make this “diet” a lifestyle! In just 10 days I have changed not only physically but mentally! I feel like I have all the tools I need to be successful!

The accountability is AWESOME and the trainers are so so helpful. The LOOP Booty Band is very very well made as are the resistance bands. We are in week 2 and definitely seeing results personally and in group.

    It’s easy to look at the set of resistance bands and think there is no way these are going to feel like a workout and take the place of hours of lifting in the gym, but the exercises are so targeted that you feel the burn in the first set. I have really loved all these workouts and I saw actual changes in my body in the first week. And because of the bands, I can do the workouts anywhere- no excuses!

    I am currently 8 months postpartum and was of course active in the gym, doing cardio like crazy and I hit my plateau of not reaching my goals I had set for myself and it was getting frustrating! So when I saw this challenge I was excited of course tossed around the idea of doing it and decided the last day to join! I honestly felt like it was a sign for me because before this challenge I honestly felt like quitting! So I enrolled and here I am 2 weeks in and I am absolutely amazed at my results! I feel better, I feel stronger, my clothes fit differently, my body composition has changed and my confidence in reaching my goals after my 4th baby have changed! Everyone in the Facebook group is motivational and supportive which is awesome! It holds me accountable on getting my workouts in and eating right! I can do all my workouts at home which is awesome because I’d always get upset when I couldn’t make it to the gym! No heavy lifting needed here! The bands are no joke and will give you just as good of a workout! It activates and isolates the right muscles groups that I couldn’t hit before! Another added bonus was learning how to calculate my own macros and actually getting to eat a good amount of food to reach my goals! Everything about this challenge is something I will carry with me from here on out and I’m so glad I joined! Thank you ADO for this challenge! I love it!

    Being a working mom of a 4 month old with a crazy hectic schedule I never had a chance or motivation to work out never mind hit a gym. This challenge gave me motivation and is such a great support group with the other challengers and coaches. There is a lot of accountability which is what I needed most. Also, the workouts are great because they don’t take more than hour which fits in perfect with my schedule and it’s all at home which is convenient. Don’t be fooled by workouts with ‘just’ resistance bands, I am dripping sweat after each workout. All the tools to calculate nutrition are provided which is a great way to learn and keep up with it after the challenge. I honestly never thought I could really get a good workout in without going to the gym, until I did my first workout for this challenge with the bands. I highly recommend this challenge to anyone who is looking to make a change but just needs motivation and support to do so!

    I have participated in many training programs over the years, but they all felt so restrictive and I could never maintain my results and it would push me further into my previous negative habits. Just a short while into this program, I have seen several changes-number 1 among them: the way I feel. I don’t feel the restrictions I previously did-which shows me that I CAN and WILL sustain! I have always been a gym goer and questioned how effective resistance bands could be. My daily sore muscles tell me otherwise. The coaches are incredibly responsive and having the accountability of other participants has made this such a positive in my life.     GAME CHANGER! Better yet: LIFE CHANGER! This challenge is the BEST program I have used. It combines resistance training (that is easily modifiable for ALL levels) with bands that they encourage you to take with you anywhere! You don’t have to be a gym rat or a workout junkie to complete these exercises. They take 30-45 minutes and include the ever important, but often overlooked, warm up and cool down/stretching. Include access to a super supportive FB and IG community. By far the best part is the nutrition plan! It is completely sustainable! No more list of foods I am “allowed” to have, no containers to wash. I eat and easily track. I am more conscious of what I’m putting in my body, and using the Fitness Pal app makes my day kind of like a video game challenge. I love this! Also, you don’t have to be training for anything to benefit from this challenge, everyday bodies are included. The trainers encourage more than just weight loss, they inspire participants to be their best selves whether that be weight loss, muscle development, or overall health/wellness.

This is not just something you purchase and figure out on your own… the WHOLE ADO team stays involved and helps make your journey successful! The Facebook group offers excellent support and encouragement as well. The bands and the provided workouts are MORE than expected and kick your butt every time!     This challenge has surprised me in so many ways. Not only did I learn how to calculate my macros, I actually understood the process behind it! Also, I have always been big on weight lifting. I wasn’t sure if I could or would feel as much with just the bands, but let me tell you…. I thought I died haha! They are amazing and work muscles you normally don’t get with just cardio or weights. I also love the challenge because when I feel down on myself or I’m not motivated I see the Facebook group of dozens of ladies who have finished the workout of the day or post d their macros intake and to makes me get my butt in gear and hold me accountable ❤️

    My only wish is that Amber would have made this challenge sooner! I am 9months PP and am/was in the worst shape of my life. I joined a gym – couldn’t ever find time to go – I figured cool! I’ll do beach body on demand, it’s neat they have all their programs in one spot now, and I can do it from home – NOPE couldn’t buy into the motivation that I would actually get results from beachbody without their shakeology. ALONG COMES ADO CHALLENGE! Within one week of following *MY OWN* macro plan and the workouts, I saw such noticeable changes. These workouts are CHALLENGING but are so rewarding. Don’t underestimate the bands, they will get your heart pumping and your muscles growing! I can’t recomend this program enough!

    This challenge has been amazing. Learning about macro counting and flexible dieting has been so eye opening. The band workouts, which can be done at home, have pushed me further than I ever thought they could. I’m already noticing my body changing but even more importantly, I feel my relationship with food changing. I am thankful for this challenge & workout program.
