These are the exact workouts used in our 2018 Fall Challenge, 2019 New Year Challenge, and 2019 Spring Challenge

Overview

  • All workouts are designed using the LMH System designed to keep your heart rate elevated through out the workout
  • The objective is to increase strength endurance and cardio endurance
  • 6 week workout program focusing on isolated body parts each day
  • Each day is designed with 3 circuits
  • Each circuit has 3 exercise movements
  • Every circuit/exercise has a video demonstration
  • Designed with 5 workout days and 2 rest days per week

What’s the difference between the challenge Workouts?

  • All workouts have the same format
  • The main difference is how we structure the end of the workouts with Finishers and Burnouts (see below)

 

2018 Fall Challenge Workouts

  • Weeks 2, 4, and 6 include Finishers at the end of each workout day.  This is a last circuit burnout to challenge your progression

 

2019 New Year Challenge Workouts

  • Weeks 2, 4, and 6 include Finishers at the end of each workout day.  This is a last circuit burnout to challenge your progression

 

2019 Spring Challenge Workouts

  • Weeks 1, 3, and 5 include a Burnout exercise at the end of each workout day.
  • Weeks 2, 4, and 6 include Finishers at the end of each workout day.
